The downloadable and CD versions of TurboTax desktop software will again include these forms: Schedule C for business. Schedule D for capital gains and losses. Schedule E for rental property. Schedule F for farms. 1040 long form “We heard our customers loud and clear. They want their TurboTax desktop product to do what it has always done – handle the same tax situations as it did in years past,” said Sasan Goodarzi, general manager of Intuit’s TurboTax business. “Keeping the promise we made is part of our continuing commitment to earning our customers’ trust and loyalty. As is delivering a great experience to our desktop customers and ensuring they get their biggest possible tax refund.” TurboTax Deluxe is tailored to an individual’s unique tax situation and searches more than 350 tax deductions and credits for the ones that are most relevant to them, ensuring they get every penny they deserve. Customers can automatically import their W-2s, investment and mortgage information from more than 1 million participating companies, increasing accuracy and saving time. TurboTax double-checks a customer’s return as they go to handle even the toughest tax situations and help is available every step of the way so customers can be confident they get their maximum refund, guaranteed. TurboTax Premier and TurboTax Home & Business customers can once again receive personalized, one-on-one answers to their toughest tax questions from credentialed tax experts – all certified public accountants and enrolled agents, at no additional cost. And new this year, additional retirement tax help and an Individual Retirement Account tool will show customers how to maximize their contributions to get their biggest possible refund. Availability TurboTax desktop software delivers great value, along with the ease, convenience, and tax forms and features customers have come to expect, including the ability to e-file up to five returns, import last year’s tax data and switch to forms mode.
